Where shall I download the match course?
If you wish to download a course to use in the game, you have to save them to one of these folders:

WINDOWS XP:
'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stentec\Sim5\Sail Simulator 5 \Match Courses\'

WINDOWS VISTA, WINDOWS 7:
'C:\ProgramData\Stentec\Sim5\Sail Simulator 5\Match Courses\'
Please note that it is the 'ProgramData'-folder, not 'ProgramFiles'.

How to upload a match course?
Before you start uploading your file, you have to change the name of your file. If you don't do that, the skippers who download your file might replace it with their own course. We wish to prevent users from deleting their own courses.

How to rename the correct course?
Go to "Match Courses" in Sail Simulator, select the Scenery for where you created the course you wish to upload, then click on "Load". You should now see a couple of courses. Please write down the time the course you wish to upload was created.
Now go to one of the folders written above. You should now see the course files. Perhaps one of your file is called "Cabrera (1).stmatch", where Cabrera is the location and (1) is the race number. Please find the date and time you wrote down earlier and find the course file which matches your date and time (you can find it by using the "Details"-view in Windows when you are looking at your files).
Now as you have found the file you should edit the number/text between the ()s. So for the file "Cabrera (1).stmatch" we will rename it to for example "Cabrera (InportRace-TestCourse).stmatch". Do not edit the name of the scenery/location.

Your file is now ready to be uploaded to our "Downloads"-section! Go to InportRace.com, then click on "Downloads" in the left column. This is where you can download and upload your files. Click on "Submit File" to upload your file.
Your submitted file will be approved and published by an admin as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please create a new thread in the "General Questions"-forum.

Have fun!
